side view of new linkage...being blessed with cable accelerator allowed me to mod up an old rod accelerator items to become the new column shift linkage... right hand side is the original kick down rod used to move gear selector up/down

drivers side involved inverting and shortening the original column shift rod that would normally operate from the column down towards the g'box now it works other way around pulling down instead of pushing down which will the pull the passenger side down which results in gear change.... quite simple really
