I have started to remove rust in the patches like this.

I cant afford/dont have the time or skill to actually repair the area. Im just trying to cut out all the rust so it doesn't keep eating away my precious van.

I did try and clean the rust off BEFORE respraying it, but like most of the jobs I do on my car, I run out of time, parts or money. A slap of red paint to attempt to seal it at the end.
