Holes for the siren. Date: 05/05/13 These holes were covered up with globs of putty (blu-tac?) when I bought the ambo. The 4 lower ones are for the bracket that holds the siren, the back one is for the wires (which are still there) hidden in the rooflining.
Grifco siren Date: 27/02/12 This was red when I got it. Obviously from a fire engine of some sort.
Ambo headlining Date: 30/09/09 You can see the wire that hangs from the roof that was originally connected to the siren on the roof.
Also, you can see it only has a single visor for the driver only...

I then re-fitted them to the cushion/frames...

This is under the fibreglass flooring... Date: 21/11/09 There's some nice fresh metal there, unseen for 44+ years...
But there's also some rust...
Those larger 4 holes are the bolt holes for original front seat (driver's side). The 3 smaller holes (+ one of the big holes) are for the ambo seat that are fitted to it.
I had to pull this up, to reveal more rust. Date: 21/11/09 It's not too bad actually, but it's gotta be fixed...
