Time to rid this van of some more rust. I have covered how to do rust repairs like this in other albums so will keep this as an overview. The old pan is trimmed away using the new pan as a guide and keeping within the new pan area. Note the seat brace attached to the new chassis rail - This is rustier than I thought so will have to be replaced.
