Date: 26/06/05 Rare detroit Flash kit on an FE sedan some of these cars are for sale - but a lot of them are already spoken for. Neils farm is a sort of holiday home for retired cars around the district many belong to locals and believe it or not are works in progress albeit a bit of a slow ressurection.
Date: 26/06/05 A classic Aussie picture - An FJ resting under some gum trees.Due to its relative completeness I would say this one has been set aside for futre resto plans.
Date: 26/06/05 A rather neat Desoto tailight... art deco at its best!
Date: 26/06/05 Another spoken for car. This FE has been started on as is eviedent with the bonnet being replaced and some rust has been cut out of the sill but no new steel has found its way back in as of yet.
Date: 26/06/05 I believe this to be a GMH built 37 Buick but may be wrong. Not sure what plans are in store for this one but I believe its spoken for.*News Flash* TorqueFC has identified this as a Ford Pilot. I recognise the Hood now. About a '49 These were based loosely on a '36 Ford Another British weird one.
Date: 26/06/05 Whats left of this FB wagon tells a story of its attempt at re-inventing the forward pike dive with twist. I would not like to have been in this one when it was crashed!
Date: 26/06/05 With very few parts left to offer this one may be on the way out of this world shortly.
Date: 26/06/05 This EK Ute has been useful in keeping another on the road- with a serious quarter cut donation to someones project that has most likely been rear ended Its quite rare for the to rust out completely in this rear-most area.
Date: 26/06/05 Not a Holden but still quite rare - an International styleside truck! Unique only to Australia. It would be an ambitous person who would want to tackle this one - but its still a viable proposition.
Date: 26/06/05 This EK wagon has very little to offer.
Date: 26/06/05 This 46 Chev truck can still give up some much needed trim parts and even some panels for someones project.
Date: 26/06/05 As bad as this FJ ute appears - its still quite a desirable car. A salvagable project that can be brought back to life - and as they ain't making them any more - it has been saved from Neils crushing collection.
Date: 26/06/05 This EH Ute is still standing proud - But is really only likely to be a parts supplier, rather than a parts chaser.
Date: 26/06/05 This HX Ute is one of the better cars that has found its way amongst the scrappier relics. Not totally sure on it's status- but Neil made vague suggestions he may let it go.
Date: 26/06/05 The Ute certainly appears to be an honest car from all angles.
Date: 26/06/05 The inside of this ute means tha a donor car may be needed to be located if its ever to see the road again.
Date: 26/06/05 And maybe this could be it?
This rather clean HJ sedan may supply the needed parts for the HX ute- once again depending on price and the vehicles status -(it may belong to one of Neils mates) - this could help make the HX ute breathe again.
Date: 26/06/05 Heavily shunted HD special is still a goldmine of parts. The less desirable model of the Holden line up is now starting to recive recognition as a cool car and this particular example may lead to supplying parts to those re-discovering the HD Holden.
Date: 26/06/05 Many abandoned project cars end up on Neils farm... This FC Special is showing signs of accident damage as well but may have only sustained some of this damage during its time here.
Date: 26/06/05 This EK has been torn from its resting place and only the front half came along for the ride. Weld mesh grill suggest this one has been seeing duty as a paddock basher with the weldmesh suppling some sort of protection to the radiator when tearing through the scrub.
Date: 26/06/05 All is not what it seems- at first glance you would pick this as a FE wagon - or station sedan as is its official title- but look closely and you will see its actuall a Van with wagon parts added. Wagons were new to the Holden line up with this model and in short supply. So many Vans were converted to wagons. Neils farm has a surprisingly large number of these.
Date: 26/06/05 Another of those FE wagon /van /sedan deliveries... this one is spoken for and has dont touch signs all over it - but really needs to be shedded if its to survive....
Date: 26/06/05 And here is a true FE Wagon or Station Sedan as the Badging states - this was Holdens first year for Station Wagons and numbers were very limited - quite a rare vehicle and would supply many unique to FE wagon parts.
Date: 26/06/05 These two beauties are Neils own - and he has plans to ressurect one or both of them. Neil is trying to strike a deal with me to give up one of my own FC vans that are in better condition than his. I reckon I might hang onto mine and will only sell if a better one turns up.
Date: 26/06/05 Hydro body EH sedan - not sure of the status of this one - but is fairly rusty.
Date: 26/06/05 The following pics are all from Neils farm. The useful life of an FJ Ute continues as a parts bin.
Date: 26/06/05 This used to be a famous custom- Note the extened quarter panels and fuel door...unfortunatly for my mate Rob he encountered a 4WD at a bad intersection- completely writing the car off. The remains were donated to Neils farm.
Date: 26/06/05 Nature has decided to kill this evil beast for once and for all- dropping a large tree across its carcass has spelt the end for this one...or has it?
Date: 13/10/05 Back at Neils farm a few months later we have a bit more of a look. One of Neil's own projects - this FC sedan was in very remarkable condition. Its supposed to be getting ready for paint. Too many cars and not enough time...

Yep apparently this is a real Bathurst Charger - or so I've been told- amongst all the Holdens , no - one seems to care much about this one. Its advanced cancer means slim chances of restoration.
