The bog I dug out was substantial. also dug out some very ordinary repairs where metal has been tack welded over rust. Some operators call this rust repair. I dont. All these areas did was to promote more rust as the bog that was put over the joins is hydroscopic and just sucked the moisture right back in so it could all rust out again.
