Replacement Cam and Lifters arrived. Went with a heatseeker stage 4 (36/74) hydraulic. Block is away being acid dipped, crank ground and balanced, and YT head cleaned up, ported, and hardened seats to run on unleaded. Feels like progress.

Getting the springs back in, front bolts fine, rear bolts would not line up without some strees o the diff (not installed yet). Neccessity as the mother of invention, a couple of G clamps to straighten the spring enough to get the rear bolts aligned
