Engine bay clean up

I can't stand it when there is a beautiful car, new paint and bright work with a shitty manky engine bay so I've started cleaning up the engine bay on the old girl.
The uglies are being replaced with chrome and fresh paint. Uneccesary items are being hidden away where possible. I hope this album can help other people doing the same thing cos I couldn't find squat before I started the clean up.

Batt to boot 1

Moved the battery to the boot and have hidden wiring in the engine bay. It looks so much cleaner without the battery tray and will look even better after a coat of paint.

Batt to boot 2

I folded up a new battery tray in my mate's dad's workshop, still testing it at this stage before it gets a lick of paint.

A more detailed photo of the previous one, and no the battery leads don't hang out the boot any more.
